Please read below carefully; you are agreeing to certain restrictions.

I acknowledge that Feline Good Social Club staff will not monitor or assist with my interaction with the cats, but instead will remain available to generally monitor the activities and the activities of other participants. Staff will be available to generally assist or encourage interaction. Feline Good Social Club makes no guarantees about any level of monitoring or control of the cats. I acknowledge that I will comply with all instructions and rules, and that failure to do so will result in prohibition from further participation. I further acknowledge that I will not be given a refund for my admission if I violate the instructions and/or rules.

In consideration for my participation and/or the participation of the minors in my care in the activities at Feline Good Social Club, I hereby waive, release, discharge, and covenant not to sue Feline Good Social Club, Long Beach Felines and/ or their owners, affiliates, employees, agents, volunteers or other involved vendors (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Releasees”) from and against any claim or cause of action, arising out of or related to any loss, damage or injury, that I may sustain while participating in the activities at Feline Good Social Club, resulting from any cause, including, but not limited to, any inherent risk as exists with animal interactions. I assume and accept all risk for my participation in these activities, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, and property damage.

I authorize Releasees to provide a first aid kit for any injuries I may incur while participating in an activity at Feline Good Social Club. Releasees make no guarantee or promise to administer first aid.

I agree to allow Feline Good Social Club to use my photo or likeness taken during our session for promotion of the organization’s programs and mission. I agree that I will respect the positions and policies of the organization.

In addition: 

• I attest that I have not experienced any COVID-19 symptoms, including, but not limited to cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell in the last seven days, and I have not been diagnosed with COVID-19 and not yet cleared as non-contagious by state or local public health authorities.
• I attest that I have not traveled internationally or to an area in the United States highly impacted by COVID-19 in the last 14 days and that I do not believe that I have been exposed to someone with a suspected and/or confirmed case of the COVID-19.
• I agree to wear a mask that covers my mouth and nose at all times during my visit to Feline Good Social Club and maintain a distance of 6 feet from other Feline Good Social Club guests in the Lounge.
• I acknowledge that: due to the contagious nature of COVID-19, the CDC and many other public health authorities still recommend practicing social distancing, and that Feline Good Social Club has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19, but that even with those measures in place Feline Good Social Club cannot guarantee that I will not become infected with COVID-19. 
• I hereby agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Feline Good Social Club, its agents and employees, from and against any and all costs, damages, claims, and/or liabilities arising from or related to, whether directly or indirectly, COVID-19.  

I agree that this Liability Waiver is intended to be as broad and as inclusive as permitted by the laws of the California and that if any provision in this Liability Waiver is held invalid, the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Should I or anyone acting on my behalf choose to challenge the provisions of this Liability Waiver, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Releasees for any and all attorney fees that you may incur.

I am over the age of eighteen (18) and of sound mind and body and acknowledge that I have read and understood the above waiver and, having determined to proceed of my own volition without coercion or intimidation, intend to be bound by the terms thereof. *
